Getting good information from all your help! If you have some more raw data, post it in the discussion page, Talk:Weapon Damage. I will take out the bottom tables and finalize the page when we get some concrete data. -bonzaii

UPDATE: Got some theoretical damage numbers to fill in the blanks. With more data, we can prove them, so if you started a list, don't stop now! The tables below cover the milestones every 10 power levels, with the damage growing exponentially. These tables don't cover weapon name modifiers yet, so take this as just the base damage of the weapons. bonzaii (talk) 18:21, 30 July 2013 (CDT)

Global Weapons Data as of 07/30/2013

After a lot of data addition, a slope is forming, but unfortunately it is not linear. The pattern is an exponential function. We have a good idea of what it is, but it is far from exact for now. With time, a better curve will show itself.

The damage does seem to change by a factor of 2 and 4 for the heavier hitting weapons, with a slight error of plus or minus 4 damage. The system is a very simple and effective one. If they were to say, raise a weapons class damage by a base amount, they would just raise the base multiplier. If they want later levels to be more/less powerful, they change the exponential number, and voilĂ , the curve changes. An example for the math lovers out there, The Common 8-Damage weapons equation is 7.8604e^0.0209x (simplified in the data below), while the Legendary 8-Damage weapons are 17.891e^0.0192x.

Weapon Damage Tables (Theoretical)

I say these are theoretical because they are derived from what we know about weapon damage. As we are able to acquire more data, the base damage will be more accurate. Also recently, there seems to be some named modifiers that adds .2-.4 damage. If you come across more information, don't be afraid to share it on the discussion page!
